Our shop items are digital printables, meaning NO PHYSICAL ITEMS are shipped to you. After purchasing, you will receive high resolution PDF files that you print, cut, and assemble yourself. We have both editable templates that you can edit in Adobe Reader OR online platform Corjl, and non-editable items that are ready-to-print instantly without editing. Please read the individual listing very carefully and thoroughly BEFORE PURCHASE to make sure you understand what type of files you are purchasing and how it will be delivered. Party printables are a great way to have creative, stylish decorations on a budget!

Instant download items are available once payment has cleared, usually within 10 minutes.
► Log in to your Etsy account.
► Go to the top right hand corner, go to You>Purchases and Reviews, find your specific order.
► To the right of the order, click "Download Files". This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

***There will also be a link to download your files in your receipt confirmation email through your registered Etsy account email address. Please note that you can only download files from a computer, not a mobile device. Only view and open files from a computer as well, if viewed from a mobile device, the colors may vary***

Please read, this is important! :)

► Most computers have Adobe Reader already installed on them.
► Make sure your computer has the LATEST version of Adobe Reader. Free download at https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
► Open the Adobe Reader application FIRST, then go to File>Open and open your file.
► DO NOT double click the PDF file first, as that may cause a different program to open and the PDF will not function properly. Don't worry, if you already did this, simply re-download the files and open the files through Adobe Reader this time.

**All fonts are embedded in the file**

► After opening the file in Adobe Reader (see above FAQ for directions), you can edit the blue highlighted areas on the file. You can NOT edit the other areas on the design.
► Click on the blue highlighted area and type over the existing sample info. If you type a name in one area, the other copies will automatically change.
► Edit one text box at a time.
► You can also bring up the "Properties" menu bar, (Command+E) on a Mac, and (Command+E) on a PC in which you can change the font, size, and color if you want to get fancier.
► You can NOT move the actual placement of the text boxes.
► Click File>Save As. Save as a copy with a NEW name so you can keep the original if needed.

On a Mac, open the Preview application, select File>Open. Open your PDF and click File>Export. Your format should be saved as a JPG, and the quality should be saved as "best" with high resolution of 300 pixels per inch. (300dpi) Click "Save" and you're ready to go! These instructions are provided so that you can text/email your invitation or thank you card to your guests if wanted:)

***You can print a JPG file to an online photo printing service like Shutterfly or local photo lab like Walgreens, CVS, Costco, BUT the print quality will likely print not as sharp and crisp as PDF. We are not responsible for the print quality of ANY printer, home or commercial. The print quality is much better if printed as a PDF from Adobe Reader. ***

► Open Adobe Reader and print from Adobe Reader.
► Adjust your printer settings for 100% or No Scaling and print at "Actual Size".
► If your printer has an option for adjusting your resolution, set to the highest resolution possible. It may say "Photo Quality" or "Best Quality" in your printer's dialog properties area.
► All files are formatted to print on letter sized (8.5"x11") paper.
► For double sided printing, print one side, and then flip the paper over and print the back side.
► We recommend bright white card stock or a heavy weight matte photo paper.
► You can print out as many copies as you like for your PERSONAL USE ONLY please, no commercial or mass production use.

We can NOT guarantee color output. Color may appear differently from monitor to monitor, and color may appear differently on mobile devices. Color results can vary from printer to printer, printer settings, type of paper/ thickness of paper, and the kind of ink/toner used. Ready, Set, Party is NOT responsible for color variations or final printing results. No refunds, exchanges, and no revisions will be given if colors do not print out how they appear on your monitor.

► Most of the time, we can set up a custom listing for font/color/size change, which is an additional charge in addition to the original product listing price. However, if the changes are vey time consuming or the design is not workable, we may not be able to take it on if time does not allow. Please convo us and we'll let you know!

► Most of the time, we can add a matching item (i.e. a specific kind of candy packaging, or a new type of favor tag, etc.) for a custom listing fee (listing fee amount determined by the complexity of the item). Please convo us and we will get back to you whether or not we can accommodate!

All products are for PERSONAL use only. Commercial use of any item, product, graphics, design in any way is a copyright violation. File sharing, altering, or modifying any files is strictly prohibited. Mass production or using any items or files for a business is strictly prohibited. You can NOT resell any item for any purpose.
