The model is great! Some of the supports were harder to get off than they looked, and overall you should be prepared to sand the pieces quite a bit. Some of the fitment isn't perfect, and required a bit of sanding/cutting to make work. It does say "no glue", but be sure to have some on hand just in case. The arm and torso mounted lasers (excluding the 6 pack that goes in the right torso) are all printed with threads on the back to screw into the threaded holes. 3d printed screws are understandably fragile and you may have to glue them in place like I did (after snapping them). I rated 3/5 for customer service because I haven't actually interacted with the seller, so im not sure how great that is. Will probably buy again to complete the set they're already selling.

first, let me say *this is not a bad model*, there are however issues. The finish of the model is... *rough*. The layer lines are also especially rough on some parts and will need significant sanding and filling to eliminate them. For the price of these figures, and the quality filament printing is capable of in 2026, I feel these issues are egregious and should certainly be addressed as soon as possible. On the issue of Fitment. the legs are the primary problem area. the threaded weapon barrels similarly have fitment issues, being entirely too rough to thread in without dangling the barrels with pliers to get them seated fully. this could be fixed with finer layer lines, as after flattening the threads with a knife they went in fine. I would love to see this line grow and improve, these issues are very fixable. i like the kit.

Kits are easy to assemble, and glue is needed if you want a firm attachment for your figures. There are printlines, and hopefully they minimize those, but they feel like scifi plastic army men and paint up quite nicely! Highly recommend picking these up if you have kids around 13ish years old in age.
