The vintage rug I originally purchased was unfortunately no longer available, but the seller notified me promptly and immediately came back with a solution. They found me an even better rug as a replacement, handled everything seamlessly, and still managed to keep my original delivery date. Excellent communication, beautiful rug, and truly exceptional customer service. I would absolutely purchase from this shop again!
