My order couldnt be delivered as I wasn't home and I didn't collect it in time before it was returned to sender.
If your item has been returned to me due to not being able to be delivered and then not collected I will keep your order for 28 days from receiving it, if no contact is made to rearrange delivery I will consider the item abandoned, no refund will be given in this scenario. If you contact me about your 'returned to sender' order I am happy to resend the order to you providing the postage is covered by the customer. any questions please ask.
Parcel lost in post
Any parcels lost in the mail will be either refunded or resent as long as it is within the 80 day claims period, after this I cannot claim back for a lost parcel from Royal Mail. If you haven’t received your item within the stated time you must inform me within 80 days, if you inform me after 80 days the item(s) will not be resent or refunded.
