Customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded. You will be sent a preliminary proof thru Etsy to be approved before any final files are sent over. Upon receiving the initial proof please run a TEST print to ensure the colors are what is expected. Please make sure you proof ALL of the info on your order before you print. Once you have approved your file, you are agreeing that all of the information is accurate. (This includes: Day, Date, Time, Names, Punctuation, Spelling, Grammar and any and all text) In the event an order cancellation is requested prior to a receiving your proof, a $5 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your PROOF has been sent, no refunds will be made.

DIGITAL
Please know that the printable items I sell in my shop are set up as DIY printable files. Printable files are high resolution files that are sent to your email for you to print from home, photo lab, or print shop such as Kinkos, Office Max, Staples, etc. **NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED**

All digital product proofs will be sent as a low res file thru Etsy for your approval. Once your files have been approved, your high res PDF or JPEG files will be sent to the email address listed on your Etsy account, unless otherwise noted. We ask that you please respond once emailed files are received.

PRINTED
The ONLY items we offer professional printing on at this time are invitations and thank you cards. Both of these items are available professionally printed and come in increments of 25 with white envelopes. The professional printing option will need to be purchased separately along with the digital invite of your choice. Please refer to the "Professional Printing" section of our shop for additional details.

Printed products will ship UPS. Shipping rates are based on estimates, if shipping charges exceed the estimated charges, you may be billed for the additional cost.

All of our designs are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and may not be used for mass production, commercial purposes, altered, shared or resold. All rights reserved.

***Color Output***
Monitor colors may show different that printed material; unfortunately we cannot guarantee color output on digital files. Please know that we test print every sample to ensure color quality. Paper type and printer settings can afffect your color output and may need to be adjusted. We recommend ink jet pritning at home to get colors are close to the samples as shown. FYI - Laser printing can produce colors slightly darker than samples.

***Revisions***
*PRE-MADE DESIGNS* - no revisions will be made unless you have purchased the necessary change fees (example - text, color, or font)
*CUSTOM ORDERS* - Three revisons will be honored for custom orders. Any additional revisions will be charged at a fee of $5 per change per item.

***Custom Requests Welcome***
No proofs will be sent until payment has been received. For custom orders you will receive one proof, plus three revisions. Each additional revision will be charged $5.00. Please allow 4 business days for an initial proof with any custom requests.

***Professional Printing***
You will receive an initial digital proof within 2 business days via Etsy. Once your proof is approved, your order will be submitted to our print company and takes 2-3 business days to process. Once processed, your order will ship USPS Priority. No expedited options are available with professional printing services. If you are needing your invite sooner, we recommend utilizing the "you print" option.
