5 out of 5 starsIt's perfect! I'll admit, I was anxious about the quality and about how gentle shipping would be. It turns out I had nothing to worry about! The box, the label, and the cards are all nice and sturdy, and they came with glue dots, which is a plus. I like the texture of the cards, too. And it was packed very well, so no harm came to it. This product is such a great idea! I'm really happy with it, and I'm excited to give it to my sister!

How big are the gift card boxes?
Our gift card boxes are small and compact. They are 5.4 by 3.9 by 1 inches. Each box contains cards that can only fit the gift card themselves. You will need to take out the gift card from its original packaging, but don't worry, we will send you glue dots to attach to the cards!
How big are the open when envelopes?
Our open when envelopes are A2 sized, 4.37 by 5.75 inches. Each envelope comes with an A2 sized card, 4.25 by 5.5 inches. Our envelopes are not big enough to fit standard sized photos (4x6 inches), but they can fit polaroid photos, gift cards, and cash!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately I do not accept any exchanges or returns due to the personalization of our products. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to me!
I need to cancel my order. How do I do that
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund. If you would like to cancel your order after 2 hours, please reach out to me. I may still be able to cancel it within a reasonable timeframe as long as production of the item and/or shipment has not begun.

How fast can I get my order?
Our processing times are 5-7 days because this is a small business run by one person and one printer. However, we try to get out your orders as fast as possible! We cannot guarantee any faster than 5-7 days and processing times depend on the influx of orders. During peak season, processing times may be altered. If you need your order sooner, please feel free to message me!
