1 out of 5 starsPlant arrived nearly dead. Live plants don't like aluminum foil, it kills the leaves. I was charged $5.00 shipping with the order and an additional $5.30 by the post office. The only thing to survive were the roots. So poor rating is what I felt was necessary. I'm on a budget so extra expenses are a hardship. Please be mindful in the future with your customers...I suggest wrapping the plant with plastic wrap. It is better for the plant. And please don't ship it in an envelope, the plastic cup was nearly crushed. Thank you for reading my grievance. I hope my honesty will be helpful in the future.

This review is not accurate. The buyer and I had a personal disagreement before this order, and she purchased just to leave a bad review. The plant was healthy when shipped and packaged the same way I’ve shipped all other successful orders. No other customers have had this issue. All shipping is paid through Etsy I do not control extra postage in checkout. It’s unfortunate this was done out of spite, but I want other buyers to know this review does not reflect the quality of my plants or packaging. I always want customers to be happy with their orders and would have gladly resolved any REAL issue directly. Unfortunately, I’m aware that this review came after a personal disagreement unrelated to Etsy, which makes this situation disappointing. Thank you to all my genuine customers
