Frequently asked questions

Can I put my pottery in the microwave? What about the dishwasher?

Yes! All the pottery (with the exception of RAKU pieces) offered on my shop is microwave and dishwasher safe (just remove any cane teapot handles before placing in the microwave or dishwasher, and later put them back on)!

Are the glazes on this pottery safe for food? Can I eat off or drink out of this pottery?

Yes! I use only food-safe glazes! The only pots in my shop which are not suitable for food are the RAKU pots due to the lower firing temperature used in raku firing.
