If you need an item ASAP, just let us know. We can usually accommodate RUSH orders...with NO additional costs to you.. :) Please convo us first and include your need by date as well as your location.

When will my order ship?
Most of our items are customized and because of this we do require a production time. Most of our items are shipped within 2-3 weeks of ordering. You can find our expected shipping times under the shipping tab of the description of each item. If you've already ordered, your expected ship by date is provided on your receipt. If you need this item sooner, please send us a message to check the availability for a rush order. We don't charge extra for this service and are happy to help if able.
Custom and personalized orders
Please leave all custom or personalization instructions in the "notes to seller" section at check out.
Rush orders
We do offer rush processing for many of our items. If you need an item shipped earlier than our listed expected shipping date, please contact us prior to purchase. We'll need your ship to zip code, date needed in hand, item you're interested in purchasing and size you'd like if offered in multiple sizes. We'll check on the availability for you. Please note that rush processing is different than rush shipping. Additional fees may apply if you need an item shipped express.
