The Maker Behind Red Label Quilts
Hi! I'm a self-taught sewer and quilter with over 40 years of experience, and also a proud wife, mom, and grandma. My sewing journey began with costumes, military attire, and activewear for gymnastics and dance, but quilting is where my heart truly landed.
These days, you’ll find me in my happy place: my sewing studio. Whether I’m stitching solo to the hum of my machines or catching up with friends at a quilt retreat, I find so much joy in quilting every day. It’s not just a hobby—it’s part of who I am.
I’m known for my modern quilting style, inspired by bold graphics and eye-catching design. I love pulling inspiration from the world around me—like colorful tiles, carpet patterns, or a great poster—and figuring out how to bring those ideas to life in fabric.
With my long-arm machine, I’m able to bring each quilt to life from idea to finished piece, all in my home studio in Alberta, Canada. I hope my quilts bring comfort, joy, and plenty of everyday cuddles—they’re meant to be used and loved, not tucked away.
Whether you’re here to find a gift, something cozy, or just a bit of beauty—I’m so glad you stopped by!
