Shirts are based on Unisex Sizing unless otherwise noted in the items description. Please review the sizing chart on the listing photos in every listing for a detailed sizing chart with measurements.

I respond within 24-48 hours to messages sent Monday-Friday. Messages received on the weekend and Holidays may vary for response time. Please send us a message through ETSY messages and not our email because emails are not checked as often. If you don't hear back from us, please resend the message as we sometimes miss some messages due to spam messages that come to our inbox.

Customer is responsible for inspecting the item within 72 hours of receiving the package and messaging me immediately about any defects that may appear on your item. I will not replace any items after this deadline, as by this point the defect could have occurred due to issues that are beyond my control.

Our garments are pretreated before the printing process, this makes the prints more vivid and long lasting. The pretreat needs to be washed out before being exposed to the sun/uv lights.

If it isn’t washed out, pretreat reacts in sunlight causing a permanent yellow box. If light colored garments are washed with darks or colors that bleed, a permanent dark box might appear. The pretreat may have a stiff feeling or have a slight box border, this will wash out during initial wash. Please follow these steps during the initial wash to avoid discoloration to your shirts, after the initial wash, you can wash it as you normally do.

With DTG printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt. A special printer prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This technology leaves a smooth finish that never fades. Actual print design might be a bit less bright than the listing photo due to the print process but we try to reflect the closest brightness as possible.

Pretreat solution is applied to the shirts before the printing process, this ensures that the shirt designs are more vivid and long lasting.

We use Bella + Canvas for most of our Adult and Youth t-shirts.

We also have many options in the popular Comfort Colors Catalog of shirts. If you see a Bella Canvas shirt you'd like on a Comfort Colors shirt, or vice-versa just send us a message' we're happy to accommodate!
