The stitching is great, it’s more so the thread colors. I specifically asked for the same color as the advertised photo and I got a pink salmon. When what I thought was beige. Honestly ruined the whole thing for me and I’ll probably go to another seller. The products great, like I said just the customized look wasn’t what I asked for. If your selective on thread colors however, maybe contact the seller before hand. If I would have known, I would have clarified.

Shirt is VERY large, particularly in the bust measurement and shoulder measurement compared to the measurements described. I was disappointed.

I bought this for my little cousin for her dorm room. She had a specific theme and wanted something monogrammed and personal and this was perfect. We chose all of the colors together and she was so excited to get it, we loved it!

I was already refunded by Etsy because this hadn’t arrived after weeks of waiting, but it arrived today and is not as pictured at all. Completely different font, stitching, no stars, colors are different, etc. Seller is clearly using fake generated photos, this is nothing like the photo. Do not recommend at all.

This is the size of a poscard-not what I expected at all.

Item does not look anything like the display image portrayed in the advertisement. The outline of the animals came in a black yarn, while the image displayed a lighter outline color. I did not receive a mock up of the item prior to shipment, so I didn’t even know to ask for the outline color to be something other than black. Additionally, the font is much thicker than advertised. While this part is not as big of a deal, I overall felt a bit disappointed in the final product. Especially since it took over 3 weeks to receive the item. Customer service was friendly but failed to do any meaningful service recovery and just gave me a 50% refund.

Did take 3 weeks to get to us. Something to consider!
