Hello! I'm Lauren and the owner of Red Line Designs Shop. We are a fire family, hence the name of the shop. I have a B.A. in Business Administration and Management. My husband is a Deputy Fire Chief/ Paramedic & RN and enjoys helping with ideas when he's not out helping in the community. I left the "Public Sector" to become a stay-at-home mom after my second daughter was born. I have always loved any type of craft and enjoy learning new things, so I quickly found a new hobby. I decided to share my creations and open up this shop. The shop quickly grew into a full-time business. I pour my heart into every item that is designed and strive to provide you with excellent customer service and products. What will I receive with my purchase?
All items in our shop are digital downloads. No physical product will be mailed. Your listing description will explain exactly what files and sizes are included with your purchase.
How do I access my digital files?
Once your payment has been processed, your files will be available through your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. Please note that digital downloads may not be accessible through the Etsy app, so we recommend using a web browser if you have trouble locating your files.
Can I print my files at home?
Yes! Our printables are designed to make printing easy. You can print at home or use a local or online printing service. For best results, check the individual listing for recommended paper size and printing instructions.
Can I share the digital file with friends, family, coworkers, or other teachers?
No. Your purchase is for use by the original purchaser only. Please do not email, copy, share, distribute, or upload the digital files for others to use. If someone would like their own copy, please direct them to Red Line Designs Shop to purchase one.
Are your printables editable?
Some products may include editable versions, while others are ready-to-print PDFs and are not editable. Please read the individual listing description carefully to see exactly what is included.
I found an error in one of my files. What should I do?
Please send us a message! Although we carefully review our products, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you notice an error, we appreciate you letting us know so we can review it and provide assistance when appropriate.
I checked out with Apple Pay and can't find my download. What should I do?
If you checked out using Apple Pay and selected hide my email, your Etsy order will be connected to a private Apple Relay email address instead of your usual email address.
1. Sign in to Etsy using your account associated with your purchase and check purchases & reviews for your download.
2. If you checked out as a guest, check the email account connected to your Apple ID for Etsy order confirmation. Apple should forward messages sent to your private relay address but sometimes the email goes to Junk.
3.If you still cannot access your files, please message me through Etsy with your order number and name. I'll be happy to locate your purchase and determine the next best steps.
