Send A Happy Thought

Hi! So glad to see you here at Red Panda Paper. Thank you for finding my little shop amongst the myriad of creative makers here on Etsy. My handmade greeting cards are created on super heavy cardstock by mixing piles of colorful paper, a collection of calligraphy pens, tons of glue, a bit of glitter & a bunch of awesomeness all to create a happy thought for you to send to that special person. Nothing beats getting an envelope in your mailbox from someone you love, it is more personal than a text and more meaningful than an email! I have always made cards for my family as a hobby, and my mom always told me I should sell them. When I went off to college, my grandma would mail me letters all the time, and that’s when I saw how a little gesture like that could really make someone feel special. So began the idea for my Etsy shop!

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details
My ultimate goal is to have every customer of mine to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not 110% satisfied and would like to discuss a return or exchange, please contact me within one week days of receiving your purchase. I will do everything possible to create a positive experience for you!

Exchanges will be mailed once I receive the original purchase and will be for the same price as the original purchase.

Returns will be for the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. Any returned item must be in its original packaging.
I accept major credit cards, debit cards and Etsy Gift Cards. Sales tax will apply to orders being shipped within Missouri.

Orders ship out quick via the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail within one to three business days of order with a tracking number, and are estimated by the USPS to arrive at their destination within two to seven days business days after shipment (for US orders). Please note no shipping times can be guaranteed for First Class Mail, if you are needing your card quickly it is recommended you upgrade to Priority Mail. Please contact me prior to purchase to discuss upgrade options.

I ship to the address you specify when you check out. Please make sure that this is the correct address! You must have a secure location to receive your package.

If your item does not arrive to you within the shipping times outlined above, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can investigate, and send you a new item if it has been lost after an appropriate length of time.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any VAT/customs/duties imposed by their country. If you wish to estimate if this would apply to you, please visit

All cards are individually packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve, then packed securely in stay-flat rigid mailers to keep your items safe and happy on their way to your mailbox.

Please allow extra time for customized orders to be created and shipped. If you need your item urgently, please let me know before you order and I will confirm if I can get it made and sent in the time
