How are your designs printed?
The designs are printed using Direct to Garment printing. This means that a water based ink is sprayed directly into the fabric, instead of being pressed onto the fabric. This results in a higher quality resolution design and a softer feel on the fabric. Outside of the normal fade and wear of every garment, direct to garment printing designs will not crack or peel off, as a press on vinyl design would.
Care Instructions
Please see each listing for specific care instructions. To ensure the life of your garment/product, proper care is essential. For all wearable garments, please make sure to wash inside out in cold water only. No bleaches, chlorine or fabric softener should be used. Tumble dry on low or lay flat to air dry. Please avoid ironing directly on any designs.
Shipping
We do our best to ship to you as soon as possible, usually that means you'll receive your orders within 10 business days (this allows for both 3-4 days of processing time and 6-7 days of shipping time). Please see each specific listing for more accurate delivery estimates. All delivery dates are estimates only and may vary during holiday seasons.
Please be aware that depending on how many products you order, they may ship separately and you may receive more than one package.
Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
We partner with a printing company, so we can focus on our designs and customer service. Because of that, once an order has been submitted we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
However, if you have any issue with your received product, please reach out to us! We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We will do whatever we can to make it right, including shipping you a replacement product as soon as possible.
