Most items ship within 1-2 business days. USPS may be experiencing delays with deliveries at this time. If your item is for a special occasion, please order in plenty of time to allow for this.

Custom order times vary. I will let you know what the current processing time will be, when you make a request.

I ship all of my wood boxes / crates by priority mail with tracking. My cloth items ship by first class mail, with tracking.

Shipping overages on multiple crates will be refunded to your account. I will send you a message with the actual total that was refunded to you.

I ALWAYS return messages. Please check your notifications and/or junk mail, if you think I have not responded to your message.

Please message me BEFORE ordering a custom item to check for fabric/supplies availability. Order and ship times will vary on custom orders. Additional fees may apply if I need to order supplies to complete your request.

Many of my Farmhouse Style pieces are made from RECLAIMED barn lumber found in a 100 yr old barn. Each piece is UNIQUE and has it's own character! Your piece may have knot holes, coloring, dents, chips, gouges, and textures that vary slightly from the photos. THESE ARE NOT DEFECTS! I love that each piece is uniquely different!

Please verify your address upon checkout and make sure your address is current!!! I ship to the address provided to me, by Etsy. In the event your package is returned to me because the address is incorrect, the BUYER will have to pay additional postage fees for redelivery. I will create a custom listing for the additional shipping fees and send you the link for payment. Once payment has cleared, I will reship your item and provide you with a new tracking number.

I WILL NOT accept returns on CPAP accessories, due to hygienic reasons. Please check the size of your cheek straps / tubing before purchasing. Message me for pricing and fabric availability on different lengths/sizes of cheek strap covers or tubing covers.

ANY RETURNS OF CRATES MUST BE APPROVED BY ME! The buyer pays for return shipping. Once the crate arrives back to me, in original condition and packaging, I will refund your Etsy account for the cost of the crate only. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

In the event your order arrives damaged, you will need to save all packaging/shipping materials and provide photos of these items to me. The damaged item and packaging, along with photos, will be required to file an insurance claim with the shipping company. USPS may also request these items be brought to the post office to start your insurance claim.

All items are shipped with tracking. If tracking shows your item was delivered, but you do not believe it has been, please check with USPS or the delivery company and have them provide you with GPS coordinates of the delivery location. If you are still unable to locate the package, you will need to file a stolen package claim with your local police agency.
