I can change some of the designs to print on another item. If you see a design on a pillow case you would like on a tote bag, mug etc or vice versa, I will be happy to do this for you. Please message me if you have any questions.

Yes, printed items shipped via the printing company used, including personalized products cannot be returned to the printers, but please message me upon receipt of your order, if there is a manufacturing error.

All of the handmade items shipped by me can be returned or exchanged, provided it is received back to me in good condition. Please contact me upon receipt of your order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you want to cancel or change a handmade item, prior to shipping, please contact me. My shipping times vary and if the items hasn't shipped, I would be happy to cancel or change your order.

If your want to cancel or change your order regarding a printed item, then I will not be able cancel or change the order once it is in production with the printing company.
