5 out of 5 starsI have been staring at the Idia and Ortho pins my beloved ordered for weeks now feeling absolutely jealous of how cute they are, so I caved and got one of my favorite boys Jamil, and oh my god this pin is so freaking amazing, the double backing is especially comforting because it means there's less of a chance to lose him if a backer pops off (this has happened to me before with other brands of pins) 10/10 thank you reddachi!

Frequently asked questions
Will you mark my order as a gift or lower the value of my order so I can avoid customs fees?
No. This is illegal and against Etsy's TOS.
I see your products being sold outside of this store?
Currently, the only legitimate place where my products are sold is under this Etsy store, "Reddachi." Any other store is selling our products is impersonating us or stealing our content. Please contact us if you see someone else distributing our artwork.
I put the wrong address in my order. Can you change it?
We can only change the address in an order that has NOT HAS ITS SHIPPING LABEL CREATED. Once the shipping label has been bought, the package immediately goes en route to the post office and we cannot make any further changes, nor are we responsible if the package gets delivered to the incorrect destination. However if the package gets returned to us, we can reship the item to a different address if buyer pays the reshipment cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that EU and UK customers will have to pay VAT Taxes with their order, either during Etsy checkout or when their package arrives at their country's customs. Due to shipping complications, we do not ship to Bulgaria, Poland, Germany or Norway at this time.
My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it.
Please understand that once a package has been marked as "delivered" on the package's tracking information, we have to assume that this is true and we can not take any responsibility for its misplacement. In most cases, the package will show up a few days later because sometimes the postal system will mark it as "delivered" even before it leaves the facility. Please contact your local post office (USPS if you are in the United States) as they would be most qualified to help you in this situation.
Do you offer expedited shipping? I need my order to get to its destination sooner.
Due to our limited schedules, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time. If you need an item sooner, please order as early as possible and keep Etsy's estimated shipping dates in mind.
NOTE: Holidays WILL delay packages! It is recommended you order at least a month in advance to ensure your items arrive on time.
If my package is returned to you will you reship it?
We would have no problems reshipping a returned package - the customer would be the one to pay the reshipping fee. Moreover, the customer must be the one to message us if they want a reshipment. We will hold the returned package up to a year before it is no longer eligible to be reshipped.
My package is lost / the tracking hasn't updated for several weeks.
We may be able to help you with reshipment once it is considered "lost" according to our policies. We cannot reship an order if it gets lost a second time. We do not consider packages to be lost until the following number of days since the package has left the post office:
United States: 30 days
International/Canada/Mexico/Puerto Rico/U.S. Outer Islands/: 60 days
Please note that while we do our best to ship your package in a timely and secure manner, we do not control the postal system. Once a package is shipped, it is out of our hands and now up to a third party to deliver it to its destination. We recommend contacting your local postal system (USPS if you live in the United States) as they are the most qualified to help you!
