Mark was amazing! We communicated a couple of times before he started to make our clock, making sure he incorporated what we wanted. He sent pictures to show his wonderful progress. He worked very quickly but with quality and care. We are so happy with our custom clock - this is sure to be a treasure of ours! I highly recommend Mark's work.
