When will my order ship?
Our turnaround time varies by product, but Etsy gives an estimated delivery timeframe for each order before purchase. Once the product ships, you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking for the order.
Can I change my address on an order?
Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Once the package has left our store, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact USPS or your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS handling.
Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
Because of our quick turnaround time, all orders begin processing immediately. Due to this, we are unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing.*

Custom and personalized orders
I do provide simple customization/personalization(text change, adding a name, custom text) at an additional $5 cost. Anything more complex(adding graphics or custom designs) would need to be addressed on a per t-shirt basis. Feel free to send me a message and we can work something out.
