Care instructions
For your first burn - burn until the melt pool reaches the edges of the container. This helps to guide the wax to burn evenly on your next light. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inches (trim before every burn) to prevent the wick from mushrooming, high flame, and soot.
For an even burn, keep away from drafts, fans, air vents, etc.
Do not burn candle when there is only 1/4 inches left of wax.
Frosting or white spots on candles
It's very common with soy wax to possibly have light/ white flaky spots. This is called frosting and is due to colder temperatures. This no way effects the burn or scent of the candle. I do not issues refunds for this because it's a normal trait for soy candles.
Wrong address/ never received
I am not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address. There is no way for me to know if the address is correct or not. Please contact me as soon as you can, before your item ships to update it. If it's shipped after the fact and never gets sent back to me, you will not be refunded. If it is sent back to me you will be responsible to pay for the additional shipping to re-ship the item.
If your item was marked as delivered and you say you’ve never received it, there is unfortunately nothing I can do. Call the post office or check your neighbors houses. You will not be getting a replacement or a refund.
Packaging
I take extreme measures to package my candles with care to prevent them arriving broken, using bubble wrap, packing paper, and tissue paper.
Returns/ Exchanges
I do accept returns and exchanges. However, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. You will only be refunded for the product amount, not the shipping. If you'd like an exchange, you are responsible for that shipping cost as well. If I find any damage, tampering, or your candle looks like it has been burned, you will not be receiving a refund.
