Really beautiful item - super happy with my purchase

After over 1 month of waiting and being told over 4 weeks later that there is a delay of a few days. Over a week later we messaged them and got no response so we opened a case and Etsy gave us a full refund straight away.

I ordered the clubs on December 30th spoke with a representative who explained everything to me, said that they would send me a video and a photo for approval and that the item will be shipped within five days and it takes about two weeks to receive. I paid for the clubs, I never received the photos and I never received my order. I reached out to the seller on Etsy and Instagram. I finally got a reply on Instagram on January 24 the day they were supposed to be delivered. The representative said that they don’t have my order that the girl is not there anymore that ran the Etsy shop. Said she would be making me another pair and that it would be shipped out on1/29/24. I sent them a message on.1/28/24 to which she said it’s the weekend and they’re not working and then stop replying. The clubs were not shipped out. I do not recommend

Ordered this a month before Christmas as a gift for my granddaughter. The tracking says “label created” which means it was never entered into the postal system. Never arrived. The seller stopped responding. Had to scramble last minute for a Christmas gift. 0 stars
