I can't say enough good things about this seller. She is excellent at staying in communication and shipped the item quickly but then we had a hiccup with the tracking. I messaged her, and she not only responded kindly, but she made a trip to the post office and within hours gave me a detailed account of what had happened (which was an error on the postal side.) She then checked in with me for an update a few days later. I received it in perfect condition, meticulously wrapped, with a thank you card enclosed. The item is absolutely lovely and just as I had expected. I would highly recommend her and most gladly purchase from her again.
