Most orders ... Yes! However, my original shipping costs PLUS expedited fees you paid (if any) are NOT refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well. (Customized items can not be returned and refunded.)

~~ Within 14 days of delivery ... ship the return to me. Notify me of ship date, method, and tracking number.
~~ A refund (of the item price only) will be processed when I receive the returned item in its original condition. I will let you know when that has happened.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

Message me within 2 days of delivery. Include pictures of the package - outside and inside. This will help make a claim with the carrier. We'll chat about how to return the damaged item (if needed), the refund or replacement process, and making it right for you.

I'm looking for something specific -- do you have other things not listed, or can you watch for it?

Absolutely! I have a TON of fun vintage and antiques that are not listed yet (and quite a variety ... dishes, linens, kitchen, lamps, clocks, decor, toys, games, etc, etc). Just send me a message, and if I have it, I'll create a custom Etsy listing for you. If I don't have it, I'm happy to watch for it while I'm out and about thrifting and garage saling, and will create a custom Etsy listing for you if I find it. Just ask! ;-)
