Items Damaged in Shipping
All glass and breakable items are insured through Etsy's ShipInsurance. If items arrive damaged, you will need to submit a picture of the broken items and packaging to me so that I can file an insurance claim. In addition to sending me the pictures, you will need to fill out and submit an affidavit to the insurance company verifying that the items arrived damaged. Please contact me through the Conversations Section in Etsy if your items arrive damaged and I will start the claim. Once the claim has been accepted, I will refund you the amount that the insurance pays out on the claim.
