What am I buying?
A digital template(s). No physical item will be shipped. After checkout, Etsy provides a download link.
How do I download my purchase?
Go to Etsy → Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files. If you don’t see downloads in the Etsy app, use a web browser on desktop or mobile.
What formats are included?
Formats vary, depending on product. Each listing clearly states formats included.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No — a free Canva account is usually enough. If you see Pro elements, you can replace them with free alternatives.
What software do I need for Fillable PDFs?
A PDF reader that supports form fields (Adobe Acrobat Reader is the most reliable). Many phone previewers don’t support form fields correctly.
Can I edit in Google Docs/Sheets?
Yes. You’ll be prompted to Make a copy of the template into your own Google Drive. You will edit your copy (not the original).
Are these templates and policies legal documents?

Can I get a refund?
