1. Overview
Florabela Ltd. values your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we access, collect, use, protect, and disclose personal data when you buy products from our shop. RenCreate is a property of Florabela Ltd.

2. What Personal Data Do We Have Access to?
2.1. When you place an order in our shop Etsy provides us with your name, email address and shipping address, as agreed under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

2.2. When your order is an editable template in Templett we have access through our Templett account to the personal data that you edit in your templates.

3. What Personal Data Do We Collect?
You may also choose to provide us with additional personal data (for a custom order for example), if you contact us directly or by asking us for help editing your templates in Templett.

4. Why Do We need your Personal Data?
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your data, including:

4.1. As needed to provide our services, such as when we use your data to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support.

4.2. If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining data about your purchases if required by tax law.

4.3. As necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 4.
3.1) Providing and improving our services. We use your data to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services; and 4.
3.2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We use your data as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

5. How Do We Store and Process Personal Data?
We do not store your personal data as defined in Section 2.1. on any company computer or any other device, cloud service or on paper.

Through our Etsy account we have access only to your personal data (as defined in Section 2.1.) which is stored on the Easy platform under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

When you place an order in our shop an account connection is automatically created between your Etsy Account and Templett account.

If you ask us to provide customer support with your editable template in Templett we will process and store your personal data as defined in Section 2.2. on our company computer.


6. Do We Share Personal Data?
We share your personal data for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. We share data with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
2) Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop. We will share your personal data with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Templett. We share data with Templett web application as necessary to provide you our services. It is made automatically when you make a purchase of a listing that is editable in Templett - your e-mail address is sent to Templett, which use it to send you back an email with your access data to log in to Templett to be able to edit your template.
3) Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your data as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
4) Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your data if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

7. Data Retention

As long as this shop is operational in Easy we will have access to your personal data (as defined in Section 2.1.) under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

However, we may also be required to retain this data to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements.

If you supplied us with any additional personal data during the process of providing our service we will keep your data for a period of 1 year.

8. Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal data. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal data. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal data upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your data based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal data unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that data or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your data (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
