Easy Start to Avoid Yarn Tangles
We recommend starting your yarn from the outside of the cake. This helps avoid tangling—especially when working on-the-go. You can also place the cake in a sturdy container while you crochet or knit.
Custom and personalized orders
We love getting creative with you. 😊 At the moment, we've paused taking new custom orders so we can focus on our upcoming collections. Can I Request an Item That’s Sold Out?
Most of our listings are for ready-to-ship items. In some cases, we may be able to recreate a sold-out product depending on color and material availability.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently only ship within the U.S. through Etsy.
For Canada and Australia, you can order directly from our website at RTCyarn.com.
How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on total order weight. We always choose the most efficient and affordable shipping method available.
Matching Yarn from Previous Orders
Since our yarns are handmade, there may be slight variations between batches (lot numbers). We recommend purchasing enough for your full project in a single order.
If you're trying to match a previous purchase, please check the lot number on your label and send it to us, we’ll be happy to check if we still have yarn available from that same batch.
We always update listing photos when a new lot is used, so any small changes in shade are shown clearly. However, please keep in mind that screen settings may still cause colors to appear slightly different on your device.
Free Shipping Policy
Use code FREESHIPPING at checkout for free shipping on orders over $150 USD (U.S. only).
Please note: the code must be entered during checkout. We cannot adjust shipping fees afterward. If there is a shipping overage, we’ll refund the difference.
Processing Time
We aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Ready-to-ship items: Usually dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
Hand-dyed yarns: May take 3–7 business days due to the dyeing process.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends typically ship the following Monday.
Shipping Couriers
We primarily ship via USPS Ground, but we may use Priority Mail or UPS depending on your order.
If you have a preferred carrier, send us a message before checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
