Setting trends with value

RENGIFO was born in 2015 with the intention of leaving a legacy for future generations and generating a positive impact on our society. In El Salvador, many women are not able to incorporate themselves into the traditional labour market for various reasons, such as, low academic achievements and family commitments in their homes. As a company, our goal is to create jobs for women that live under vulnerable conditions. We give them the opportunity to work in a decent environment, with flexible hours and fair wages, allowing them to respond to their family needs while having a steady income. Rengifo hopes to be the oasis where these women find empathy, care, dignity and development opportunities.
