Reperch

This is a beautiful piece and looks great in my bedroom. The shipping was less than ideal. After waiting 6 weeks for the item to ship, the shipper was not only late, but he could not get the item delivered in my house because he was by himself. He had to leave it in my garage, and I had to hire movers the next day to deliver it to my house. Not only did I end up spending an additional $365 to get the piece in my house, but when the movers went to reattach the legs that the shipper had removed, the right front attachment piece under the table, to which the leg screwed onto, was broken off and the leg would not screw onto it. They were able to set it under the table so it looks ok, but it’s not attached. Needless to say, the whole experience was pretty bad.

I was on a hunt for this exact piece but was nervous about getting it shipped across the country. I had a ton of questions and the seller was super responsive and communicative (and patient with me!) The shipping provider they use was also great and the delivery was quick and easy. This piece is everything I could’ve hoped for and more. I had a really great experience with Reperch and am appreciative for their help throughout this process.

Quality of the time is superb! I had a little issue with the shipping but it isn’t Reperch’s fault, they hire an independent shipping service. It was shipped from California to Oklahoma so I’m sure there is bound to be a little confusion with small details as it went pretty far, and we live very rurally. I bought it for my daughter and she’s in love with it! Overall, a wonderful experience and purchase!

The seller was wonderful and communicative and the item was as described. The only thing was, unfortunately delivery kept getting delayed as the courier was not the best. Not the fault of the sellers admittedly, but still made for a slightly bumpy experience.

I LOVE my beautiful sofa! The sofa fits so well in my home that it looks as if it has always been here. The Reperch team went out of their way to get the job done. The table and chairs were delivered after multiple strange and vague back and forth messages. I kept being told it would be picked up “tomorrow” or delivered in a few days. Or delivered between 4 and 7. Ultimately, the pictures make the item look better than it really is. But it did get delivered. One of the chairs was missing parts. I asked for a refund.
