What Does Your Grading Criteria Mean?

Premium - new condition, no signs of use, with factory/retailers sticker - however NO guarantee to be unused

Grade 1 - minor wear/scratches from minimal use, minor blemishes, very minor gilt wear

Grade 2 - general surface wear, good factory marked seconds, un-obvious glaze blemishes, i.e pitting/grit under glaze , minor pattern faults, minor age related clean surface crazing - giftware items ONLY

Are These Items New Or Used?

All our items are previously owned unless otherwise stated, as this is usually the only way we are able to supply a discontinued product

Rest assured we do not sell anything chipped/cracked or in poor condition. However, due to the nature of what we are selling, small marks may be present, therefore every item is individually graded against our condition criteria

Do You Ship Worldwide?

We do!

However, please be aware that once the item/s have been packaged securely (especially for overseas travel) The size and weight of the box may be significantly more than the item itself. We do not want our customers to be disappointed with a broken or damaged item!
