Fuel price rises due to Trumps Iran war have unfortunately pushed up delivery costs which has a knock on effect on item prices
The Fat Orange Idiot has a lot to answer for !!!!

I look for and restore quirky and charming pieces of furniture both domestic and industrial
I also have a large set of house clearance contacts so can source and restore pieces on commission
I now make my own beeswax polish and this will be used on all future restorations
Additionally I can source and customise singer sewing machine console tables just like the one in my shop logo
Message for prices and shipping costs
I don’t do this to make money
as long as I can cover my costs I am happy
My enjoyment is working with my hands and seeing pieces that were going to be consigned to the top having a second chance
And Finally -Unless the item is small and can be well packaged to survive the rigours of modern courier sorting systems ! - I always use a well respected antique furniture courier to transport my pieces and they do charge substantially more than parcel couriers

The vendor was very customer-oriented but unfortunately parts of the items had come off during transport and we fixed them. Not the vendor's fault.

I’m very happy with the drawers, beautifully restored and sit perfectly under my sewing table. David is a great seller, quick to respond and packed the item up extremely well. Unfortunately the courier left the item at the wrong address so I had to go and track it down 🙄
