Drawstrings on children’s apparel
The CPSC has determined that hood and neck drawstrings on children's upper outerwear tops present a strangulation hazard for children. The term “upper outwear” includes clothing such as jackets, sweatshirts, or hoodies intended to be worn on the exterior of other garments. The CPSC effectively bans drawstrings for sizes 2T to 12 or the equivalent in children’s sizing. Children’s outerwear tops containing drawstrings are subject to recall by the CPSC.
In line with CPSC regulations, children's size hoodies do not come with neck drawstrings.

TRADEMARKS:
We take absolute care and attention when designing our products. We perform thorough searches on each design to prevent infringement of any existing trademarks prior to listing. We also fully audit the entire store inventory every 6 months but should you find your trademark being used simply drop us a message and it will be removed within 24hrs.
