Resilient Birth and Botanicals started out as Light Footsteps in 2012. It has always been a way for me to share my passion for holistic, Earth-based healing with my community. Over the years it has become increasingly focused on providing simple, hand-blended herbal teas to promote wellness. We also have a selection of salves, lip balm, and soaps that are lovingly handcrafted by either myself or another local woman.
