The birth of RetroCraftDesignArt originated from an accidental discovery.
When renovating an old house from the mid-20th century, we removed a pair of rusty brass door handles. We originally planned to discard it, but inexplicably started cleaning it up. When the thick copper green faded away, revealing the smooth lines and exquisitely carved original appearance below, we were deeply shocked. The sense of weight it holds in the hand, the steady and smooth mechanical sound when it rotates, and its design that is purely for the beauty of function and form without any unnecessary decoration - all of these are incomparable to modern mass-produced products.
