Had an issue with shipping- but that was the Post Office’s fault and not the shipper. Good communication with store. However, packaging left a lot to be desired. The one edge of the map is dinged- it was sent in a bubble mailer. I don’t think this is enough protection for a framed cork board going through the mail system. $8 for shipping should include a box, or if it must be a package, one with a lot of padding. This was a gift- and it’s cute- but the ding in the side is disappointing- and I’m guessing it’s from shipping damage and wasn’t sent that way.

The product itself was great...but the packaging was an issue. The little bag that held tiny screws and pins was ripped open at the bottom (not the ziplock side) inside of the package. Not totally sure how that happened, as it was inside otherwise air-tight packaging. When I went to open it, tiny screws and pins fell out everywhere on my floor and under furniture. I would recommend double-bagging tiny sharp objects in the future.
