RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To keep it easy for you, I provide a prepaid return shipping label — just message me and I'll send it over. Once the item is returned in its original condition, I'll issue your refund promptly.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it (unmodified, undamaged, with any included accessories).
Please contact me within 30 days of delivery to start the return.

I do not accept returns on items damaged through misuse or unauthorized modification. Custom/personalized builds are handled case by case — please reach out and I'll do my best to make it right.
EXCHANGES
Received the wrong item, or a wrong color/variation? Message me within 30 days and I'll arrange an exchange or a prepaid return — whichever works best for you.

SHIPPING
All orders ship from New York, USA, carefully packed to arrive safely. See individual item details for estimated processing and delivery times.
Customs & import taxes: For US deliveries, import duties are included at checkout per Etsy policy. Non-US buyers may be responsible for customs fees on delivery. I'm not responsible for customs-related delays.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item hasn't shipped. For custom builds, please message me as soon as possible — once work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
