Please note that if you are an international customer, including Canada, and you ordered any map with a length of 31 inches or longer on the smaller side, there will be an extra postal fee.
For Canadian customers, the additional fee is $27,
and for customers from all other countries, the fee is $38.
This additional postage fee is necessary due to the oversize and extra weight of the package. To ensure a secure and prompt delivery, the order will be shipped via International Priority Mail, which is mandatory as per the postal office's regulations.

Please note that some of our maps with intricate details and small text may not be easily readable when printed at 11" x 14" or smaller sizes. Disclaimer: We would like to inform you that there will be additional white space around the actual print. For instance, if you order a 16x20 size print, there will be approximately 1" to 2" of additional space around the print. This extra space acts as a buffer during shipping, as the print may move violently up and down in transit, causing it to bend or damage.
We understand that trimming the print to fit into a poster frame may take additional time, but it ensures that you receive a perfect print without any damage. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPING and WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
All 4"x6" and 5"x7" are shipping in flat rigid mailer.
Others will be rolled into a protective paper, and then placed into a 3 plys heavy duty mailing tube.
All of our orders are shipped via USPS First Class, or Priority Mail for oversized or weights more than 1 lb. UPS Ground is also available for additional charge for expedited shipping. Please contact us prior placing your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive the notification and the tracking number either in your Etsy or PayPal email address once your orders's shipping label is created.
