Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to get my order?
Production times for embroidered orders could take up to 4-7 business days excluding weekends.
*Please allow for additional time for shipping.
Holidays could also extend the processing and delivery times. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about your order.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We ship worldwide. Please be aware that customs has the ability to hold your package for as long as they want. RetroRatDesigns cannot be held responsible for lost, misdirected mail, or for the actions of customs after leaving the U.S. Retro Rat Designs is not responsible for taxes, tariffs, or additional charges placed on your package once it is in your country.
Returns and Exchanges
Our first priority is customer satisfaction. If one of our products is found to have a defect from manufacturing please contact us within 10 days of receipt directly. All products are custom-made after receiving your order and confirmation of payment. Changes or Refunds can NOT be made after production has started.
Can I cancel my order?
I will gladly accept cancellations only within a few hours of your purchase or before your order is in the process of being fulfilled. Cancellations or Refunds can NOT be made after production has started.
There is a sticky residue on my hat when i remove the sticker.
Several well-known hat manufacturers including the hats my shop uses include stickers with their hats.
Here are my recommendations:
1. To begin with, use a very sticky lint remover to remove some of the sticker residue from the hat.
2. If you still have leftover sticker residue on the hat, you can wipe up any remaining residue with wet wipes or baby wipes.

What Happens if My Order is Returned Due to an Incorrect Address or Not Collected?
If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect address or was never collected at the post office, a reshipment fee will be required to resend your order to the correct address. If your order was sent as a gift, please ensure to notify the recipient that they will receive a parcel that needs to be collected.
