From August 29, 2025, new U.S. customs rules will apply to all international orders. If you’re based in the U.S. and purchase from our shop, please note that your package may be subject to extra import duties or handling fees once it arrives.

These charges are determined by U.S. customs, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot cover or refund them.

Once you receive the package, please unpack the item and check if it’s free of flaws. Another step would be to check the size and pattern alignment – to do that, place the wallpaper (piece by piece) on the floor in the correct sequence. If there is anything that causes the slightest doubt – let me know immediately, since after using the wallpaper I am unable to deal with any complaints.

I prepare both standard orders with sizes, colors offered in my listings and custom orders! If you need any modification regarding for example a different size, design or anything else – feel free to ask me! I’m open to the craziest ideas and I’m willing to make them happen! :)

I offer returns for standard orders that do not exceed $1500. Please, message me within 14 days of delivery before returning the item, so I can provide you details. Ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return.

Custom orders (with colors, size or any other modification) do not apply to this policy. Shop wisely, as they cannot be returned.

The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense.

In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration. Also, if you decide to use your item before checking if it's free of flaws, the compaint will not be taken under the consideration.

For my removable wallpapers, I highly recommend smooth surfaces painted with any kind of paint except washable one like latex. If you have such paint, I'd recommend getting the traditional wallpaper.

If your wall is bumpy, have any texture, or is newly painted, my adhesive material may not work well with it.

Remember to prepare the wall before application - it has to be dry and free of dust. Supplier recommends installing the wallpaper 3 weeks after painting.

Please remember - removable material can be applied and peeled multiple times; however, it works with solid surfaces.

Customs fees vary from 3-8% of the order value. I am not responsible for any customs charges or fees. If the order is shipped outside of the country and it is not within one customs union, you are required to pay all customs duties and import taxes that your local customs department deems necessary.


Fedex info: GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update.

The actual color of the final print may differ slightly from the monitor. My products just imitates gold, its not really a metallic paint, its yellowish :)
As for printing another panel, I need to warn you about the eventual slight color difference due to different print batch.

There may be a slight difference in the scale of the pattern, between the visualization and the final print. The size of the product may differ +/- 2%.
