Conversions for convenience: 1 inch equals 2.54 cm
1 foot equals 30.48 cm
1 cm equals 0.39 inches
1 cm equals 0.03 feet
We ship World Wide and always try to combine shipping and/or ship at the least expensive rates. All items are sent with the appropriate packaging such as bubble wrap or other additional recycled packaging. All boxes and packing materials are recycled as much as possible, as I value our earth's resources and have pledged to be eco friendly in my business practices.
Items are usually sent 1 - 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. We make every effort to package and ship your item as quickly and carefully as possible.
We ship with a certificate of posting and a tracking number with appropriate insurance. We will send with signature required for item with extra insurance for larger items and those of greater value. Please be aware that once the items are shipped, we have no control over the shippers. If there is a problem, we will submit a claim with you if necessary. We will follow all EU shipping regulations and policies.
You will see a note if I am away on vacation/holiday and there is to be a delay in shipping.

Shipping
Your item will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment; usually within just a day or two. If you are purchasing from overseas, please allow for extra delivery time due to customs, etc. Due to COVID circumstances, there can be delays in processing and delivering. Delivery persons may be unfamiliar with your address. Please be patient and kind as we are all doing the best we can.
We will abide by the EU regulations and all claims are to be filed through the insurance purchased when item is shipped.
Shipping overseas can take up to one-six weeks, especially in bad weather.
All items shipped with a Certificate of Posting and tracking number, which will track from sent to delivered and the process in between. We will submit a claim with you if necessary if there is a problem. For larger and more valuable items we will send them with a signature required. Royal Mail and Parcel Force are most commonly used when it is an available shipping option. We have no control over the shippers once the item is in their possession, including how they handle the package. If the package is damaged during shipping, a claim will need to be made.
If you are not available to receive the signature required package and do not respond to the messages left for you by your postal service and the package is returned back to me for failure of delivery, you will have to make a new shipping payment via paypal to me for it to be re-shipped. Or, you can have a partial credit, minus the original shipping fee and re-stocking fee, which will have no expiration date.
If a package looks damaged upon delivery, please open in front of the postal person making the delivery so that any damage can be documented from the beginning of receipt of the item and you can refuse accepting the delivery. In the rare case of damage during shipment, please save all parts of the item and all of the packaging as this will be needed to process a claim via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Please contact me right away via Etsy convo and provide pictures as these will be needed to start a claim. If any of these steps are not followed, this will null and void your right to make a valid claim and there will be no refund or replacement. I will provide you with store credit with no expiration date for the amount of the accepted claim.

Additional policies and FAQs
Most of the items I list have been previously owned and may show some wear as is typical for antique/vintage/retro pieces. I will try to note in my descriptions if there are any flaws other than normal wear commensurate with the age of the item not shown in photos. Items will not be in new condition as they are not new or reproduction. If in doubt please convo via Etsy with any questions. Please note, retro, vintage and antique items can be fragile. Always open packages carefully. Do not use a dishwasher to clean your item or harsh cleaning chemicals. Patina and wear are part of each piece's history. All items are being sold as seen in pictures and description with no warranty or guarantee. Please be aware that due to COVID circumstances there can be uncontrollable delays in processing, shipping, customs, delivery. Your delivery person may be unfamiliar with your address. Please be patient and kind, we are all doing the best we can.
Privacy
I follow all GDPR and EU guidelines to protect you and your information. The Etsy site retains your financial information, I do not. I keep records of sales to protect both of us indefinitely on the Etsy site, no where else. You may contact me at any time via Etsy convo through my shop. I do not share your information with anyone except for shipping requirements via Royal Mail and Parcel Force and UK postal and shipping services.
