To download your files:
Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the app)
Go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews
Find your order and click Download Files
If the button isn’t visible, click the tiny grey arrow beside your order
⚠️ If your payment is still processing, the download button will be greyed out until it's complete.
📌 I checked out as a guest — where are my files?
If you purchased as a guest, Etsy sent a download link to your email right after checkout.
Didn’t receive it?
• Check your spam or junk folder
• In Gmail, check your Promotions or Social tabs
• Add transaction@etsy.com to your address book to avoid missing future emails
📌 I used Apple Pay and can’t find my order
