Rewind Hollow is run by Rusty Nail Media LLC, a company registered in Arizona, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you buy from our Etsy shop, why we collect it, and your rights over it. For orders placed through Etsy, Rusty Nail Media LLC is an independent controller of the personal information we receive; Etsy's own Privacy Policy covers how Etsy handles your information.

Information we collect: when you place an order, Etsy gives us your name, shipping address, email address (if Etsy shares it), and the details of your order. If you message us, we also have the content of those messages. We never see or store your payment card details; payments are handled by Etsy.

Why we use it: to make and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to handle any problems with an order, and to keep the business records the law requires. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, meeting our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting rules), and our legitimate interest in running the shop and resolving disputes. We do not use your information for marketing, and we will not add you to any mailing list.

Who we share it with: Etsy, which runs the marketplace and payments; Printful, our print partner, which prints, packs and ships your order and receives your name, shipping address and order details for that purpose; and postal and delivery carriers. We never sell your information.

International transfers: we and our partners are based in the United States, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How we protect it: we only access order information through Etsy and our print partner's secured accounts, protected with strong passwords and two-factor sign-in, and we do not keep separate copies of buyer details.

How long we keep it: for as long as needed to fulfil your order and handle any follow-up, and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting or other legal obligations require.

Your rights: depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive a copy of it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us through Etsy Messages and we will respond within the time the law requires.
