- Do you do gift wrapping?
Our operation team will handle all the wrapping base on the size of the item and product the items the best we can to make sure when it's deliver to you, it's beautiful and intact.
If you have special request for gift wrapping, please leave a message to us about the message that you want to includes in the package.
- Is there any gifts with order?
We will always pack a small gift for our customer no matter what size the order is, we appreciate anyone who is supporting us in any form and this is us showing a thank you to you.
- What gift would I receive?
Generally we will pack non listing stickers, pins, or postcard as gifts, please leave a comment or any request if there are anything you would prefer.
- How long will shipping take?
We process order normally within 3 days of the order being placed, and it would normally take 5 to 10 business days base on location for the carrier to deliver your products.
- Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Yes, please contact us for details if you have request for exchanges or returns. However we do not handle shipment cost due to return and exchanges.
