Welcome and thank you for visiting my Etsy shop.

Unless otherwise noted (such as a supply or vintage item), all the work here is my own, made by me, Sarah, with my own two hands. I create out of a love for the creative activity and of colours and materials. I hope to share some of these items with you, and ask a price that reflects both the high quality of materials as well as my time and energy.

Payment

I accept payment by Paypal; I find this to be the easiest and most secure method. You don't need to have a Paypal account to make a payment through Paypal - you can pay with your credit card without an account.

Any questions please let me know and I will be happy to talk you through the process.

I will also accept payment by personal cheque (though please be aware that I am only able to ship an item once payment has cleared).

Shipping

I am based in England and post all items within the UK by Royal mail. I usually ship by First Class signed for within 2 working days of a cleared payment.

for postage overseas, items over $50 will be sent international signed for. Postage costs do not include possible custom charges for your country. Please contact your customs office for further information. For this postage option you will need to sign for your item on delivery.

Items usually take around 7 - 10 days to reach the U.S., however please be aware that occasionally this can take longer (up to a few weeks) due to items being held up at customs. This is unusual, but you if you are wanting an item by a certain date I would recommend that you order early just in case.
