Fantastic gong mallets! I love the way these make my gongs sing. I even ordered twice because I live them so much, I'll likely wear them down fairly quickly, so it's good to have multiple!

Why my mallets and beaters are special...

My superball mallets are the only ones designed so that the ball won't slip off the shaft. I've been building them for nearly 40 years.

My friction mallets sound great when dragged across a gong! Do a search for "RickStix" online. You'll find my friction mallets sold by 3rd party sellers for $22. to $32. each (plus shipping)!

I learned to make Native-style drum beaters from a Cherokee drum builder in Oregon. After several decades, I still make each one different. I approach them as I would a piece of art.
