100% of invoice is due prior to a proof being provided or an order completed.
Items are shipped via the shipping method chosen at time of checkout. USPS First Class Mail estimates 2-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail estimates 1-3 business days. Priority Mail Express estimates 1-2 business days. It is the customer's responsibility to choose the appropriate shipping method and appropriate guarantee service for their needs based on information obtained from a local USPS or visiting USPS.com. Right Side Stuff is happy to accommodate special shipping needs when requested including insurance, signature, etc. All USPS claims, when applicable, must be filed by the customer.
If an item is needed in-hand by a certain date, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm with Right Side Stuff that the proof process, production schedule, and shipping method will accommodate the required in-hand date BEFORE placing an order. Right Side Stuff is not responsible for any order that arrives after the customer's required in-hand date if Right Side Stuff's posted proof process, production schedule, and shipping method were followed accurately. Please see "REFUND/CANCELLATION" policy under the "Payment Policy" section for information regarding order cancellation/refunds.
Right Side Stuff reserves the right to upgrade the shipping method at no cost to the customer if the expected ship date is missed. So long as the order arrives to the customer within the same delivery window as the shipping method chosen by the customer at checkout, no refunds will be provided
Please be sure that the address provided during checkout is accurate. Right Side Stuff will not be held responsible if the order is shipped to an address that is no longer in use even if an updated address is requested via conversation or email. The accurate address MUST be provided during checkout and appear on the Etsy invoice.
Right Side Stuff will not be held responsible for USPS delayed or lost packages. No refunds will be provided by Right Side Stuff for USPS delayed or lost packages.
Rush orders are those requiring delivery within 7 days of order placed. Rush orders require the following criteria be fulfilled to ensure on-time delivery of your item. Right Side Stuff will not be held responsible if any of the criteria below is not completed. It is the customer's responsibility to be sure all of the criteria is fulfilled:
1. The buyer must visit USPS.com to calculate the best shipping method for their item. Items ship from 14094. Please allow 1 full business day for the proof process, when applicable. Please allow 1 full business day for production, when applicable. For example, an order purchased before 11:59pm EST Monday will use Tuesday for the proof process and Wednesday for the production process and ship Thursday by 5pm. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.
2. A CUSTOM listing created by Right Side Stuff must be purchased. The custom listing must include the in-hand date and the correct shipping method.
3. Production and shipping dates will be provided on the listing. By purchasing the custom listing, the buyer is agreeing to the production and ship dates shown on the listing as they correspond to the order date.
Refunds and Exchanges
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
1. All custom orders receive a proof the same or following business day of order-received.
2. If a custom order is cancelled prior to a proof being created 100% of the invoice will be refunded.
3. If a custom order is cancelled after a proof is created but BEFORE production has started on the order, 50% of the invoice will be refunded and marked as "shipped". (Please understand that this partial refund ensures that any time invested by Right Side Stuff for the proof process is paid for.)
4. If a custom order is cancelled after production has started, 0% of the invoice will be refunded and the invoice will be marked as "shipped."
5. If a response is not received regarding the supplied proof by the "ship by date" found on the original invoice, the "ship by date" will be moved 3 weeks from original order date. If a response is not received regarding the supplied proof by the revised "ship by date" the order will be "marked as shipped." The order will ship 1-3 business days after proof-approval thereafter.
FOR NON-CUSTOM ORDERS
1.If a non-custom order is cancelled before production has started on the order, 100% of the invoice will be refunded.
2. If a non-custom order is cancelled after production has started, 0% of the invoice will be refunded.
Additional policies and FAQs
Messages are typically responded to the same or following business day but please allow up to 2 business days as shop traffic can effect response time.
When providing proof-approval, the customer is approving size of overall artwork, size of individual elements, color of all elements, spelling, grammar, general placement of all elements, font(s), and overall look and feel of artwork. It is the customer's responsibility to request any information necessary to approve all items previously stated. Right Side Stuff will only assume responsibility if the product-received is different from the approved-proof. If special instructions were sent as an Etsy convo, email, or "note to shop" it is the customer's responsibility to confirm that they were included on the proof. Thank you!
