Shipping Materials
I reuse wrapping and shipping materials as much as possible to save money and to save the earth.
Shipping Questions
I generally ship items within 2 days, not including weekends or holidays. I primarily ship with USPS. Once the package has been delivered to the post office, I have no control over what happens to it. I have the same tracking number and information that you have.
What Happens if My Item arrives Damaged?
Buyer is responsible for contacting US Post office and filing claim for the damaged item to receive a refund. I can no longer do this for the buyer as the post office now regularly requires the damaged item to be brought in person as proof.
Cancellations
If for any reason an order is canceled, a refund will be given minus $3.00 for a relisting fee and my time and trouble.
