Sizing details
We are proud to be body/size inclusive and will NEVER charge extra for larger sizes. Our shirts are unisex sizing, so please see specific measurements for each shirt for the best fit possible. We use Gildan since they carry the largest range for sizing, but if there's another brand you prefer, please reach out!
How do I care for my new shirt?
We recommend turning your shirt inside out and machine washing on cold. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry (preferred method).
*Do not iron directly onto design. Cool iron if necessary, using a buffer to protect the design, such as a towel.
What do I do if my shirt has a flaw?
While this is extremely rare, mistakes do happen. Please reach out to us 48 hours after delivery (and include pictures of the flaw) and we will get your shirt replaced. Please note we cannot accept exchanges/returns if a product has been worn or washed. Exchanges will not be honored after the 48 hour period.
Custom and personalized orders
We love personalized orders! Please reach out to us through the contact icon. We love keeping our communication through Etsy so we can get back to you asap. Contact through emails may not be answered as it is not checked as frequently.
How are your signs made?
We use different varieties of wood based on availability. Each piece is picked personally by me then sanded, painted, and sanded again for that perfect distressed look. We also seal each sign with a matte polyacrylic to extend the life of your sign and to make it safe for indoor or outdoor use.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We believe in sustainability and use recycled/recyclable materials as often as we can.
Gift wrapping is available as an add on option.
Exchange/Return policy
Since all of our items are made to order, we don't accept exchanges or returns. If there is an issue with an item that was delivered, please reach out in Etsy messages within 24 hours of delivery so we can work on a solution. I want all my customers to be happy with every purchase.
Bleached Tees
We work very hard to bleach/dye ever shirt to look just like the listing, however there is no way to make every shirt look alike. They are individually different like snowflakes. Bleaching may also cause destressing of the fabric (including the image), and small holes are expected. Bleached shirts could possibly take more time due weather conditions, but we will still try to get them shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking says my order was delivered but I can't find it!
Please reach out to us asap and we'll try our best to locate your item for you. If it was a shipping error on our end, we will gladly remake the item free of charge.
RileyMaeStudio is not responsible for packages lost/delayed shipments with USPS. We will do everything in our power to help file a lost package claim, but no refunds will be issue for delayed items.
You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If your package is returned to me, I will absolutely reach out to you, but it you are responsible for shipping charges to resend your order.
