She was so helpful, and even though we’re on different time zones, she was very responsive and gave me updates throughout the whole process. I ordered personalized ring in which she agreed to change the stone in and it turned out just perfect 😍 You can see the human touch. It comes in very pretty packaging it even smells pretty (maybe it’s just me, but it’s really cool to order something that didn’t come smelling like cardboard).

Frequently asked questions
WARRANTY
- There is a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items purchased from Rimon. The warranty cover defects in craftsmanship or materials.
- The warranty does not cover any accidental damage and/or broken diamonds and gemstones, due to misuse, impacts, or falls.
- Should your item get damaged after the expiration of the warranty period, we can still repair the item as needed. Repair fees will vary, so please contact us for details.
RETURNS
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days after receiving the item. We will give you the return instructions and will refund the amount minus shipping (70$) once we receive the piece back.
- The shipping back through our DHL account is 80$, which includes a fee DHL charges to release the package from Israeli customs as returned goods.
-We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How long will it take to get my order after its shipped?
We ship to you with International Fed-Ex 2-6 business days, insured with tracing number (unless stated otherwise in the product description)
Duty or Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
RIMON-JEWELRY shall incur no liability in the event of delays, loss of products ordered or strikes which are due to the postal services or carrier, weather or from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, the user must take the appropriate action directly with the postal services or carrier.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the user at the time the order is placed.
Payment Plans
We can offer up to five payments (weekly or monthly). please note that the production begins after the last payment.
We upload a special listing for each payment (every week or month) stating that this is the nth payment of the total amount.
